When Australian children get sick, their time in the hospital can easily make them fall behind on their academics. RMHC is working to put a stop to this problem. Direct education resources help children keep up in school and maximize their learning in every subject.

Five Ronald McDonald Family Cabins have housed more than 700 children and their families over the past five years. Residents of these cabins have suffered abuse and violence, and innovative programs help them develop the skills they need to succeed after trauma.
Thanks to community volunteers and licensed social workers who partner with RMHC in the Philippines, 32 learning centers actively serve children of the country. With engaging, stimulating and downright fun activities, these centers help underserved children expand their minds.
Children and teens with social or learning challenges can find the services and support they need at the RMHC learning center in Malta. The center provides a therapeutic educational environment, complete with a learning kitchen, consultation rooms and activity areas.

Since 1974, RMHC has been providing services and support for families with hospitalized children across the United States. Starting with one Ronald McDonald House in Philadelphia, the program has expanded to more than 375 locations across the country.
